Yard sign Rental Policies

YARD SIGN RENTAL & REFUND POLICIES

By placing a yard sign order with Celebrate and Decorate, you agree to the following policies:

1. For the safety of everyone, please do not play on or around the display.
2. We encourage you to pose next to the greeting to take photos. However, please do not lean on the signs or pull them from the ground at any time.
3. Please do not remove or move any signs, including our advertising sign. A $50.00 fee will be imposed for any movement or misrepresentation of our artwork while in your yard.
4. Please do not attach, tape, staple, or tie anything to our yard sign display.
5. Please do not dispose of our inventory.
6. Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed.
   ** If any negligent damage occurs (dogs, mowing, string trimmers, moving, etc) you will be invoiced for replacement of damaged inventory.
7. If you are the recipient of the yard greeting gift and would like it removed, please contact us immediately at (214)668-1400. The items are our property and business and you are responsible for it while it is in your yard.
8. If there is already another greeting in your yard when we arrive, we will not be able to set up.
   You will have 2 options:
   1. We can apply 100% credit to a future greeting for you to use within the next year.
   2. We can refund 80% of the cost – 20% going to admin, preparation, and travel time.
9. A $25.00 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return because:
   • Client provides an incorrect address
   • Recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove it
   • We are denied access to a gated community
   • Animals prevent us from installation

HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS 

We may not be able to set-up a greeting during severe or hazardous weather conditions. If this occurs, we will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be given. 

CELEBRATE AND DECORATE AND ALL REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR BY THE PLACEMENT OF OUR SIGNS.

CHAMPAGNE CART RENTAL & REFUND POLICIES

By placing a champagne cart package &/or charcuterie order with Celebrate and Decorate, you agree to the following policies:

1. CELEBRATE AND DECORATE DOES NOT INCLUDE, PROVIDE, OR SELL ALCOHOL.
2. We highly recommend securing a Special Event & Liquor Liability Insurance Policy for the day of your event (most venues require this). We are happy to purchase the policy on your behalf for an additional charge of the the policy premium. These insurance policies are typically $150-$350, depending on the number of attendees.
3. We encourage you to pose next to the cart to take photos, but please do not lean, sit, or stand on the champagne cart. 
4. Do not move the cart once it has been set up.
5. Please do not attach, tape, staple, or tie anything to our cart display.
6. Please do not dispose of our inventory.
7. Wooden Charcuterie boards are property of Celebrate & Decorate and must be returned along when Champagne Cart is picked up.
8. *Fresh cut fruits, juices, and charcuterie boards are prepared in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. All food is prepared by a Texas Food Handler's Certified person in a sanitized kitchen with washed hands and gloves.
9. A $25.00 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return because:
   • Client provides an incorrect address
   • We are denied access to a gated community
